We went to Ophelia for our 5 year wedding anniversary dinner.
We went to Ophelia for our 5 year wedding anniversary dinner. My husband had the Wagyu cannelloni and I had the lobster pasta. I enjoyed my dinner but the Wagyu cannelloni was to die for. Our waiter Jason was very attentive and made the experience...that much more enjoyable. Definitely a must if you are in Quebec City.
