I think the good reviews and honorable mentions got to their head. This used to be a great place serving authentic flavorful taco's with self serve sauces-now a restaurant that is trying too hard to be what it is not. Service/Ambiance The charm in the...restaurant used to be the "take out" style. Now it is table service-and the service not so great. It used to be bright and vibrant and now it is dark and has a "bar" feel to it. Food They increased the price of everything but the portion size is SMALLER. They no longer double the tortillas which mean they fall apart. The fact that the tortilla is drowning in oil doesn't help either. The carnita and cachete are not flavorful anymore. The quality has gone. The size of the churros are smaller as well. Did you really think we wouldn't notice you increased the price and decreased the portions? At least start doubling the tortillas again. I guess it doesnt matter because I wont be going back. Try Tacofino its so delicious and filling! Two tacos here fill you up! Sal y limon for something more authentic!More
