I haven't been back to Quattro in several years but it's just a great as I remember it. The whole family used to come here and the chef would make special pasta dishes suitable for the kids while the adults enjoyed sophisticated adult dishes. I was disappointed to see they've dropped the Osso Bucco but the rack of lamb was delightful. So tender and juicy. We brought two bottles of our own wine and they do charge a $35 cork fee for that. You can always count on Quattro Whistler being a great dining experience. Now, if only the snow conditions were better this year.....
