Servers varied in skill. Some extremely attentive and able to anticipate the cadence of the meal, while others served breakfast without the toast or ketchup, which came after the meals was getting cold. This server did not anticipate the need for condiments or cutlery. The lamb I ordered for the evening meal was extremely tough and so salty it was as if the saltshaker fell on in by mistake.
