Cooking is my hobby. I consider Sanjeev Kapoor as my guru. Learned a lot in cooking from him. He was the only reason I went to TYC for a Dinner on my 11th Marriage Anniversary. I liked the menu,, I like the presentation,, and I like the environment and atmosphere. Regarding the food itself. 1) Chicken Biryani should have meat from the Legs..not breast.. so give it a more tasty or juicy texture. I liked the spices not the meat. 2) Spinach balls in Tomato gravy can improve. 3) Liked the Papad with tomato /chaat masala garnish. 4) Naan was good. 5) Signature Shrimp starter was excellent. Quantity can increase :) 6) Signature Chicken starter was excellent. Quantity can increase :)
