All our seafood is delivered to our kitchen daily by the best suppliers and only the absolute freshest, exceptional quality fish and shellfish are to be selected. Line-caught, trap caught or sustainably farmed in Canada is our goal and commitment. We only want to procure and serve responsibly sourced seafood without compromising our ocean habitat.

Loved our meal at Modern Ocean. Oysters were fresh and we would definitely go back and take advantage of their Oyster Happy Hour!

We loved the food at modern ocean! The service was amazing, and we enjoyed the dinner. However, I was very disappointed with the seating. They seated us in a dimly lit corner , were it was fairly cold. They definitely have some nice seating, and some less preferable ones. I would recommend to ask for a booth if you want to enjoy a nice ambiance.

The service was excellent, tables spaces out nicely. Being on the top floor in the corner booth was intimate and nicely distanced from other diners. I would definitely go back.

One of the best places to get your seafood fix. The platter is a good portion size for two, and it’s a great place for a date or anniversary dinner. Will definitely be a place we come back to.
