Best dim sum in all of Toronto!! And great service!!
Always such a great experience and the best dim sum I’ve ever head. Their reputation of best in North America stands true year after year!
We went there to celebrate Lunar New Year. The highlight of our meal was Peking Duck, it was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.
A very nice meal in a quiet setting. Excellent service.
Consistently well-prepared food. We have come here to celebrate Xhinese New Year for my years – always reliable. Excellent attentive service and quiet ambiance – where else can you hear yourself talk!
Been to Lai Wah Heen a few times over the years. Took a relative who has lived in Shanghai for many years and loves dim sum. This visit did not stand out as one of the best. Most dishes arrived at the same time and were not as piping hot as we remember them to be in the past. For a Saturday lunch the restaurant was not nearly as busy as we have experienced in the past. Sadly the coronavurus must take the blame for that.
The ambience was perfect for a business lunch. The stuff were attentive and courteous and kept the tea pot full frequently. Good variety of vegetarian food. Had the usual shrimp dumpling, spring rolls, sticky rice warp. We also ordered the rice roll with assorted mushrooms which were a bit hard to the bite. Otherwise all dim sum we had were excellent. Did not see any coat rack or coat checking facility. Bring heavy winner coats into the such a restaurant and hanging over the back of the chairs is quiet unsightly.
Wonderful ambiance and service, very professional and welcoming. Food was delicious, and well presented.
We had a lovely luncheon at Lai Wah Heen. We’ve been there a few times and the food and service did not disappoint. Would highly recommend it as it’s probably the best dim sum place in TO!
Best dim sum I’ve had would recommend to anyone.
Our favorite Pekin duck go to restaurant while in the neighbourhood . A wonderful choice of unusual tea. Looking forward to our next visit.
Happy they are back, Dim Sum was outstanding. It appears they used the down time to get even better. There is no doubt that they are the best in the GTA. Great food and service, beautiful room, great location and parking on site.
Excellent experience. They did a wonderful job with social distancing. The service was fantastic, and the Peking duck was the best I have had in a long while.
We love this restaurant!!!!!! So elegant awesome service and upscale.
Delicious dim sum though portion is a bit small and pricey. They are now offering 15% discount on all dim sum and Chinese cuisine which attracts me to enjoy a lunch there.
The high quality food and service is what distinguishes this restaurant from the others. Had a special birthday dinner and all our guests some of whom were first timers, and they just loved the food, especially the Peking Duck, pomelo jumbo shrimp, and the amazingly fresh lobster with vermicelli dish. Great value for the quality. Will definitely be back.
Fantastic service, fantastic food. Can’t wait to go back!
Some of the best Dim Sum in the city of Toronto. Always consistent and delicious, high attention to detail, beautiful space and very safe during these covid times.
Joseph our server was excellent. We are coming back
