Pretty decent food at this European style restaurant-pub. We came in for lunch and some colds beers back in October 2021 when visiting Old Quebec. Nice atmosphere and unique dining room with a Irish-pub feel bar in the middle. It is located across from City…Hall and the Notre Dame Basilica. Diverse European-influenced menu with reasonable price, also great selection on local beers as well. We ordered the four cheese French onion soup, paella d’orsay, fish n chip and halibut filet.
