Newly opened since June 2017, we are already known as the place for social gatherings in the heart of Edmonton’s ever growing downtown district. We specialize in wine and our kitchen prides itself in serving fresh authentic Italian dishes with a modern approach using locally produced ingredients. Our well crafted menu is packed with many savory options. One of our most popular dishes we prepare is our pizza made in our specialty oven that we had imported from Italy.
Come and embrace Edmonton’s newest Italian Kitchen and Bar, located on 104th.
Worst experience at Bottega! I’ve been there numerous times with family/friends/clients and it’s been a go to. Saturday’s experience, I’m hoping, was just a blip on their radar. The food was awful – soggy and tasteless bruschetta. Their menu has been paired down significantly, probably due to Covid? The service was beyond horrible… we sat for over 25 minutes before someone offered us a drink and then waited another 10 minutes for them to arrive. The waitress – who turns out was also the Manager on duty that evening – was horrible and looked quite disheveled. We were hoping to order a couple bottles of wine and have a great meal but we decided to get the bill and go elsewhere that evening.
We we’re given the lunch menu at dinner time so sadly Missed out on some amazing dishes. They did comp one meal – but the point as we were visiting from outside of Edmonton. And wanted to try a dinner menu item
Right from the second we stepped in the service was amazing! All the way through to when we left. I believe our waitress’ name was Darian? Or a name along those lines but she was amazing, so nice and helpful. Along with the amazing service the food and drinks were also great. Would definitely recommend to others and will come back.
Awesome food, great service!
One of the best risotto I’ve had to date. Scallops were seared perfectly however the lobster tails and the shrimp were a little over cooked for my liking. The filet mignon was decent cooked properly seemed to be an under average beef quality. The salmon was cooked nicely however was bland. Portion sizes were very large and you will not leave hungry. It was overall a pleasant night out staff was fantastic and the food was good.
Bottega 104 has been our favourite Italian restaurant. However this time we left feeling a little disappointed with the menu changes. We always order the mussels which are favourite however they removed them off the menu, the lobster ravioli was excellent as usual and the risotto balls are now improved and highly recommended. The bruschetta which we were looking forward to has been redesigned for the worse. We both would advise skipping that one. All in all service and ambiance were great and we were please with the majority of our meal
Great location and vibe downtown. Extensive wine selection and many great dishes.
Not what it used to be. Bland food and slow service.
Excellent meal. Great service. Will definitely be going back!
For genuine Italian food, there are better options in the city. The food was mediocre, could name multiple Italian restaurants that have very similar menu items, and are much tastier and prepared better. Service was good, waitress was very sweet.
Wish they had more heaters outdoors
Great food and drinks. Awesome patio and a good vibes.
Not sure why but I expected it to have more taste. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and the fritto misto was really great, but my wife had the maccheroncini abruzzo and it was really bland. Good service overall and an enjoyable atmosphere.
