Dim Sum restaurants in Vancouver are very competitive. If you don't have the best you probably won't survive very long. This is why the owner of this place brought in x-Dim Sum and Pastry chefs from some of the best in the business. There are...so many unique dishes here you won't see at other places. Reviewer who think this place is expensive only dine at budget Dim Sum restaurants and only want quantity not quality. Dim Sum is all about dining experience. The food here is excellent, focus on presentation and friendly staff make this a great restaurant. I don't have the name of the dishes but left many great pictures.
