I placed an order for delivery today and ordered a beverage with it. The tracker seemed to be stuck on "preparing your order" for over thirty minutes before it finally updated and stated my order was on the way. For context, I only live a...few blocks from the establishment. Once the order arrived, there was no beverage. I called them and the girl who answered seemed taken aback as though she, in her own words: "Don't know what to do". I politely asked if she could deliver my beverage to me, to which she reluctantly agreed. Twenty minutes later, I had to call again to get confirmation and the older woman who answered that time told me she got lost, so I asked for a refund. She said she would process a refund and I waited for a confirmation call shortly thereafter. No such call came. I called yet again and a man answered stating that they don't do refunds. Now they're closed. They lost a customer. I'm never eating or ordering from there again. Phuck that.
