One of our guests has a very unique allergy to cumin. I emailed the Cuchillo team ahead of booking to explain and two of the owners/managers took the time to answer back and pointed to the regular menu items she should avoid and those that...they could do slightly differently. Came our time to have dinner, and just as they were via email, this time our young lady server and the chefs took the time and made efforts to ensure our guest could enjoy as much as possible off of the menu and were super accommodating. The ambiance, the food, the awesome drink list and the service were great! We celebrated one guest's birthday, but we also had another dear friend/family member who is still in the functionning stages of Alzheimer. So for our small group it was all about living the moment while making lasting memories. We had a fantastic time! Thank you Cuchillo Crew!More
