There is something always happening when you walk by this little street joint. People are waiting to have their names called to get their order. If a seat is free, you can dine right on the sidewalk in front. This Pho Stop is on the...back end of a 5 STAR hotel. Most customers are with in walking distance and pick up lunch for them selves and to take back to the office for their friends. The smell of the food cooking is intoxicating. Everything works by a system in this little cafe. The menu is extensive but so fresh and well plated. There are a few chairs and tiny tables in front for immediate service. This is a professional take out that knows what it is doing.
