I ordered a California Chicken Salad for lunch to pick up. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, wanting to be sure it would be ready for pick up when I arrived. Two people...were at the till, one went to the kitchen to get the salad, the other processed my payment. Thinking my salad was coming right out, I gave a nice tip when I paid. Not only did my salad not come right out, I stood there waiting an additional twenty minutes! I don’t think they even started it until I arrived! By the time it was ready and I got back to work, I didn’t have time to eat!There are lots of choices for lunch and I’ve learned my lesson, never ordering lunch from there again! With tip, it cost over $20 and I didn’t even get to eat lunch!More
