We were sat next to the DJ and enjoyed several cocktails. My date and I decided to order the $50 rib eye steak. The steak was of poor cut, chewy, and lacked any marbling. This was a $8 steak from Loblaws at best. I put this to the attention of the server, and their response from the chef was that the steak was made to order, and was the way it was. Well, not worth the $50 - expected buttery melting taste, instead we got rubbery chewy.
