I visited Pacifico pizzeria for a take out pizza for a late night treat back at my hotel room. The pizza was made very quickly in their wood fire style oven. The flames in their oven are gas powered but it has the authentic stone...used in wood ovens. I guess this must be easier to run? The pizza The base was good, thin and authentic. Unfortunately that was all that was good about the pizza! The topping completely ruined the pizza which was such a shame. There was not enough tomato base which left the pizza lacking flavour. There was way too much topping which was piled 2cm in depth and left the pizza soggy! Overall not a great pizza and not one I would recommend.
