Known dim sum restaurant ok food Most told me this is one of the rare dim sum restaurants in Ottawa. Unfortunately , I was only here during a week night for dinner. Ordered a Cantonese chow mein as it usually gives me a good indication...of its noodles , ingredients and Taste. However, the noodle was not fried crispy enough. Shrimp was pre cooked frozen shrimp. Although the taste was good, the ingredients were not up to part. Also ordered a popular braised pork dish and it was simply not cooked enough. Meat was chewy and fats were not tender at all. Overall, the sauce and taste was fine but ingredients were simply not fresh and cooked to its perfection. However the service was fine and staff was kind and available.
