I had visited Ajit Palace a few years ago; at that time, the food was very good & tasty -> I had to come back sometime. This being the time (June 2021), I can say that it's a decent Indian restaurant and one of the...few ones in Verdun. However, the food wasn't as good as before. Pros: Nice location in Verdun Bring your own wine Extensive menu; some interesting menu items include lamb soup and South Indian specialties Food is spiced in a good way (i.e. not adding chili powder) Prices & Quantity are reasonable Cons: Lighting is a bit too dark inside the restaurant; not in an intimate way I had ordered lamb biryani and tandoori chicken; while both had good coloring, neither was particularly flavorful.
