I used to be a full-time employee here, until the fallout of COVID-19 earlier this year. I decided to support my former restaurant team on NYE because I knew I could count on them, especially during these tumultuous times, to deliver a consistent and sanitary...product for me and my parents to enjoy while ringing in the NY. They went above and beyond to deliver an at-home oyster shucking kit, complete with a staggering array of garnishes, thoughtful and practical packaging, including home-made ice packs for my drive home, and oysters that were so clean you couldn’t tell they had ever been in open water (heavenly... so much love). They also took care with the small things - providing sauces for the awesome carrot cake in separate small containers so they didn’t seep into the organic to-go box, adding charming garnishes to even the side of truffle mayo for the to-die-for potato croquettes... and evening a little heart on the take-away bag. Once a family-member, always a family-member! Chloe, who received my order over the phone, was professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. The order was prepared promptly (ready before I got there, despite the short notice). Staff greeting was enthusiastic and gracious, and the restaurant and dining room were beautifully clean. I have super high restaurant hygiene standards, but I felt confident bringing my business here for an important (and rare) family gathering! Thanks guys for a lovely little to-go catering experience.
