I ate here a few weeks ago with my girlfriend while on holiday in Vancouver, i actually saw them making pasta by hand when i walked in, that's always an amazing sign, these days it is much easier (and probably cheaper) to buy pasta from...somewhere else so this shows they have integrity here. I was served by a lady with brown hair, carley or katie, i'm really not good with names but she was delightful and an excellent host for the evening. We ordered the Antipasti to start and karen/kelly said not only is there amazing rosemary chicken but.... proscuitto, sausage, 2 cheeses, 2 salads and Arancini. my girlfriend ordered the Trotole and i ordered the Bolognese, both of these come with fresh made pasta, and both were really good. we couldn't workout exactly why we liked the trotole, it was sausage with carrots and a carrot sauce, but both agreed it was fantastic and a must get. The Bolognese was great and i liked how it was plated. Really nice place that i hope to see if i'm ever in vancover againMore
