Unbelievably good customer service!!!! I cannot believe how this restaurant responded to a problem with skip the dishes that was not even their fault. We ordered family dinner through skip the dishes and our courier never arrived? We are not sure if they took it...to the wrong house or what but it never showed up. Since I couldn’t get through to skip I called the restaurant directly. The manager informed me they would immediately remake our order and arrange for a new courier. I was so surprised that they would do this as it was not their fault but I was obviously very happy. The skip chat finally came through and to no surprise skip basically did nothing for me. In the meantime Moxie’s called and let me know that they also could not get through to skip but that they had remade our entire order and that the manager would personally deliver it to us. Within 10 minutes the manager showed up at my door with hot delicious food and he would not take any payment or tip. He said all he wanted was for me to be happy! That is unreal customer service. Thanks so much Moxie’s for the great meal and unbelievable customer service. I am so grateful to you!More
