Driving by, I've seen the sign claiming best burger in Vancouver . So many make the claim it doesn't really mean anything to me anymore . Yesterday we were close by and hungry so we thought we would check it out . The place is...a little cafe on the ground floor of a 7 or 8 story building . Walking in , the seating area looks basic , but it was very clean . We sat down and the server brought us the menus . He was extremely polite and helpful explaining a couple of items on the menu. The burgers were quite large and very fresh . The buns were excellent . The meat patties looked to be homemade and a healthy 6 ounces . I believe they added a seasoning or mild spice that was very unique to the meat . The meat was so soft and juicy . The fries were excellent also . Two burgers and two drinks totaled $33 . The burgers were very filling and we brought the fries home with us as we were both unable to eat another bite . This is a short five minute walk from the Main Street Skytrain station. Parking can be difficult in the area . The best thing was how friendly and attentive the server was . He really added to the enjoyment of our visit .
