Absolutely the best sushi we had in Vancouver. The quality of food was exceptional and the service as well. Tetsu is a small place that focuses on authentic sushi preparation, the sushi was presented by the chef with soy sauce and wasabi on it with...no additional recommended as it was perfectly dressed so not to mask the quality of the fish. Rice was perfect and the flavours unreal. If the dry aged tuna (see below) is still available forget the price as it is one of the best things I've ever eaten. A+More
