Seeing the manager giving out freebies to his buddies and friends and making a spectacle about it (I saw a lot of other people wonder and ask and get shot down). Then making sure there orders are...up first. I waited 40 min on a moderately slow Sunday brunch just so his buddies and friends could be served first.
