My family of 11 came for dinner on Dec 26. My cousin made reservations for 11 people under our last name Cheung. I first arrived and they had trouble finding the reservation. I spoke English and asked for Cheung. The hostess was extremely rude and...said we did not have reservations. Apparantly my cousin gave her Chinese name Cheung. The hostess looked down on me because I did not ask in Chinese. I then spoke to her manager and said that I am a paying customer and the hostess should not disrespect me. The restaurant is located in Canada and customers should expect the service staff to speak English. The hostess needs to improve her English.
