We don't get to mid Main Street that often, but we were at the farmer's market near by and remembered about this place. A few things, the place is very busy at time, the decor won't make any sense to you, there are things stored...in boxes and there is everything thrown about the cashier's desk. Ignore the chaos. As one comedian said, if there isn't things stored in the bathroom and every where else, it's not an authentic pho shop. We also know there are off-menu items like Oxtail soup that we want to try, but you have to order ahead. On this visit, it was classic beef pho with raw beef and brisket. The temperature and taste of the broth are both excellent. We also ordered the BBQ pork sandwich. It was the best with flaky crust. Messy but tasty. The prices are really reasonable as well.
