What a great way to break those pandemic blues. We had an outstanding meal with excellent service from Kevin. The view was brilliant but the food is even more so. This is cuisine that pushes boundaries and elevates from the same old: !!! Such an amazingly talented kitchen. Also - the health precautions taken at Canoe make you feel totally safe and secure. All the guests and staff were observing the provincial health guidelines and the distancing was perfect. Thank you for such a great evening and for making us feel so safe and special.
