I've had lunch with friends and work colleagues at Essence many times before, and it is always solid, but this time it was truly spectacular. In season, they serve a lobster linguine that rivals anything served in high end Italian or seafood restaurants. The lobster...meat is shelled for easy eating, and there's lots of it. The sauce is delicious. On this occasion, I had the caesar salad to start (which was very good), and the dessert of the day was a wonderful chocolate mousse that was just the right size to finish off a great lunch.
