Located in Vancouver Art Gallery down town by Robson Square , I hear so many mixed reviews about this place , happened one of the over sea business partner stay at Hyatt , so what a better way to catch up the good old days...at the Gallery bistro for Happy Hours , we have a reservation for four , surprised not that busy , very unique environment , spacious and upscale , wonderful patio , amazing ! first come first sever , happy with our tablet inside the dinning room , very comfortable , but I find a little noisy ?? menu is West Coast Fusion , they also have 90 mins limit per tablet , happy hours is from 4 to 6 pm , menu not over size , lot of choices , we order few dozen $1 oyster , Chicken Tortilla . and some Bison Slider , the oysters very good value , (they do sold out fast ) fresh ice cold to touch on some white cold rocks , supper plump and not too salty at all , for $5 more , get the topping for the oysters , it is delicious , quality over all , excellent ! exceeded my expectation , price very reasonable ,professional service , we never feel been rush at all , I do not see or find any things wrong about this restaurant . over all great place to relax special at night , very romantic at night ! now I know where to go for my oyster ! so drop by try it out !More
