Our initial order was a problem. We both ordered steak and were presented with dishes that were way overdone. Our server offered to get the manager and maybe discount our bill. Our response to that was not positive. She then excused herself and returned quickly to inform us that the kitchen would replace them and they would be out in less then 5 minutes. This in fact was the case and the remainder of our experience was very positive with perfectly prepared food.
