It's not dirty, it's just ugly.
In fact, the inside looks like a dump;) It's not dirty, it's just ugly. We were at the back of the restaurant and we could feel the cold from outside.... But, if you don't care about the look, the chicken is really good! Service is...good, but you feel like you're in a fast food restaurant. The wine is awful....
