We visited Montreal with our girls for a few days and made a reservation at Artigiani on our last night. Our eldest has a severe allergy to nuts and peanuts. We were seated beside a table of 8 people and after a long time of...trying to get the waitress’ attention, who was clearly avoiding us, we got up and sat at a table of four by the window. She then came over and scolded us for doing this! She was awful to us. After another long time, she came over to finally take our order. I started by alerting her of our daughter’s allergy and she cut me off and told me that “well in the 12 years, nobody has died yet”. She was so rude and disrespectful. We were absolutely shocked. After throwing our dishes on our table, she never came to check on us, other than bribing us the bill. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.
