We had driven by this weird little corner many times and eventually noticed a small restaurant that was always busy. We were out running errands one day and decided to try it. The exterior is nothing special but the interior is modern and welcoming. It...seems like a typical menu of Lebanese food but we were really surprised to find an elevated interpretation of some old favourites. We ordered falafel with lots of sauce because we were used to the dry version. No need. This family owned business has a Mother of a Chef and she tested many falafel recipes until she found a light and moist version. It was delicious. We also ordered fries. They were double fried and came with garlic cheese dip. My hubby calls it crack. That stuff is hard to put down. I often think of those fries...I think it's time to head back to Beirut Street Food! By the way, all their extra special dips, sauces, homemade pita chips, and desserts are available in their to-go section. So smart.
