We went for dinner with a reservation, sat at a window table. Comfortable table and chairs, linen service. We tried the Roman Style Pizza ($17) - tomato, artichoke, red pepper, provolone, arugula and added sausage for $3. The second choice was the Prawn Spaghetti ($23)...and the third the Trottole finnocchiona ($24) - house fennel sausage, carrot puree, sage. The Spaghetti and the Trottole were very good. The pizza crust (thin) was overcooked, dries out and the toppings on the light side. We also had a bottle of the cheapest red on the list at $58++, yikes but so Vancouver today. The service was very good, the table layout nice. The restaurant is popular for pre theatre goers so it was busy until just after 7 PM. This is Fiore’s second location, the other is in Kits.
