It's a small unassuming restaurant on Fraser Street, it's very popular for dim sum which was my purpose for going there. Food was not bad, the shrimp and shumai dumplings were pretty good, the noodle and some of the tofu dishes could do with a...bit more flavour though. The best part is that it's not very expensive at all and a decent dim sum for two people costs under $ 30 depending on what you order. Service was OK although everything seemed a bit rushed, English is written and spoken although Cantonese is the main language by far. Decor seemed a bit grungy and didn't seem the cleanest, I had to walk by a whole batch of dirty dishes to get to the bathroom and the door wouldn't lock properly. If you don't mind the perfunctory nature of the premises then I would recommend it as a place to have dim sum.
