Korean BBQ food was excellent. Needed to press a button for service each time including after we were first seated with no water or beverage order taken. Took a bit after we pushed the button for someone to finally come. Even after we told the...server this was our first time there and we were looking for some guidance on how the menu and combos worked, she was very unhelpful. Nobody comes by to clear the table when you’re done and since there’s very limited space to start with, it just didn’t seem inviting to stay and chat. Paper napkin dispenser on the tables, lukewarm soda came in a can with a straw for my kids. All this is fine if it was a fast food Korean place but for over $50 per person including gratuity, you’d think it wouldn’t be so hard to add some small items to class it up a bit. The idea behind the BBQ is that it is a social event. I was trying this place out to see if it would be a good place to bring clients so the experience was disappointing.
