We had an important client meeting today where the client had suggested we order from Ariana for their Halal options. I placed a catering order yesterday to ensure that they had a sufficient heads up to make sure they would be able to accommodate the...order and have it delivered at the right time. They accepted the order. Twenty minutes after the food was supposed to be delivered, my coworker who was at the delivery site asked me to call them to see where to food was as it had not arrived yet. When I called they told me that they had NO IDEA what order I was talking about and told me they would call me back. After waiting 5 minutes for a call back, I called again and they told me they actually did have the order, but FORGOT to make it. I asked them to prepare and deliver it ASAP. After waiting 30 minutes my coworker called them to see where it was, they still hadn't started to make it - there was no sense of urgency even though I informed them it was needed ASAP and was for an important meeting. It still took over 1.5 hours for them to deliver the order (the office it was going to is only 6 minutes from the restaurant). After everything, the food for our important client meeting that was supposed to be delivered at 11:50 was delivered at 2:40. The individuals on the phone was not apologetic AT ALL and they did not offer to compensate the full order for the terrible experience that made us look bad in front of clients. I have not experienced such poor customer service in a long time. I would AVOID this place at all costs, especially for catering orders because they are extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. Go somewhere that cares about their customers!More
