Picked up three takeout High Teas for a birthday celebration and was horrified and disappointed at the quantity and quality. The scones were completely pale and white and had no look of being properly baked at all While tea sandwiches are expected to be small...- giving only one sliver of each type with only a thin scraping of filling is unacceptable. the salmon one was delicious - and was the size of a quarter!! There were only 2 containers of jam and cream for 3 teas. Petit fours are supposed to be small so I will only note these are the smallest I have ever seen. I have had high teas all over the world and this is without a doubt so far below as not even to bear comparison. Except for the price absolutely nothing was as in the same ball park.
