It was Canada Day and most of the high end eateries were packed to the rafters so we ended up at Sam's Sun Garden for a late Chinese dinner.
It was Canada Day and most of the high end eateries were packed to the rafters so we ended up at Sam's Sun Garden for a late Chinese dinner. The West Lake minced beef soup was prepared in a different fashion than we're familiar with,...regardless it arrived piping hot and flavorful. The beef and green beans with black bean sauce was nice although the beans were a tad overcooked to our liking. The sweet and sour pork could have been offered with a bit more fat to lea ratio. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.
