I rated this place as Average because I think it's somewhere in between Poor and average. Meaning there are other Indian buffets I would rate as average, and this place is not as good as those places. Came for the buffet on a weeknight. It...was nice to be able to sit outside on their patio. I ordered a mango lassi which took (what felt like) forever to come. But when it did come, it was very good and it was nicely presented in a nice glass. However no server came by to ask if I wanted another one (lost sales for the restaurant). At least we were given a jug of water to serve ourselves. The buffet was okay. It had a good number of items, including everyone's favorite, butter chicken. Everything was labelled well, although the spice level was not indicated. That would have been helpful. I had the butter chicken which was good. Other things I tried were the saag paneer and the paneer chana masala (I like paneer). I wish they had a shahi paneer or a paneer makhani but they don't. Either way the paneer was in pretty small cubes, so sort of hard to get a lot without taking a large spoonful. I want the paneer, but I don't want to drown my plate in a ton of sauce. I also tried a goat curry which was surprisingly tender and possibly a lamb curry - I can't completely remember - which means nothing stood out to me as amazing. Dessert, I always go for the gulab jamun. They also have jalebi and besan plus sooji halwa. Tried all of them, I'd say they were all fairly good except for the jalebi which were small and skinny and sort of dry. I have ordered delivery from here before which I think was better probably because it was from the a la carte menu. I don't think I'd come back for the buffet.
