We had the Château experience and our main took an unusually long time to arrive. We didn’t make a fuss, our server was good and I’ve worked in the service industry and things happen. My only real suggestion would be that if a meal is going to take a long time for whatever the reason, even if the table doesn’t seem to mind, communicate the eta anyway.
