Duotian reminds me of a typical HK style cafe you would find in Hong Kong. Extensive menus with many set meals/combos it's almost overwhelming. Tried the spicy halibut and wings for appetizer. Halibut was too fishy and wouldn't recommend, the two wingets had a nice...taste, crispy skin, and plump. For mains, ordered the Singapore noodles and fish soup. Both were large portions and tasted great, couldn't finish it all and took some of the noodles home. Both items also included a drink - ordered iced Ovaltine, a flashback to the 80s - refreshing. Service was fast and efficient, and ambience was like a bustling cafe with many table and some booths. Duotian comes highly recommended if you are looking for cheap eats, they also have some 'happy hour" like dish specials before the noon rush and in the middle of the afternoon.
