It is uncommon. Located across the street from Oppenheimer Park your view is head on to marginalized Vancouver. At the same time it's on the edge of Railtown with lots of business and activity. The decor is uncommon, bright and authentic - has a great...feel. The place is about the food with an emphasis on sandwiches. Ingredients are locally sourced and the recipes are original. My Chorizo meat balls were huge and with perfect heat. My wife's "veggie balls" had great flavor and texture - moist and held together. That doesn't do justice to the menu which is uncommon, yet widely appealing. Awesome baking and treats.
