Ramen shops are popular in BC. They all try to express the Japanese style ( that isn't the way shops are in Japan) serving just great ramen in large handmade pottery bowls. Whether in malls or downtown areas. I think I'd prefer emphasis less on...what a public considers Japanese. That being said, this place is pretty good. Service was a little slow. But they've got a 'Japanesey' decor if that's how you like your ramen. And the soup is always consistent.
