I walked into this restaurant on a whim about 7 years ago and haven't stopped going back. The lady that runs the place knows everyone by name and if she doesn't know your name, she will by the end. A very friendly family owned establishment...with hard working individuals who take pride in what they serve. The menu is from another era, an era I miss. I've had the breakfast specials which are $6.25 for a 3 egg breakfast with hashbrowns, toast and a choice of sausage, bacon or ham and this includes the tax. I've had their Chinese food very tasty and reasonably priced and good portions, the Clubhouse which is the traditional triple decker with fresh roasted turkey...$6.50. I'm so happy this place exists as it reminds me of my earlier years and love the diner feel to it. The place is deceiving when you first look at it, but when you go in, you can be assured a safe pleasant experience with friendly service, honest to goodness comfort food and it has a clean record with the Health authorities which I check prior to going into any establishment. This is a real winner and their continued success proves it...!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed...!!More
