It's really not easy to define the quality of the raw-fish dishes. I would say that the texture of the fish is one of the major factors. Based on this, the chirashi was very appealing visually, but not so, when I tasted it. The P.E.I....and Baby Godzilla rolls were a bit better, but it was differentiate deep fried lobster tail in the former from deep dried shrimp in the later. The soft shell crab in the Baby Godzilla roll was kind of non-existed... I know that some time ago the restaurant changed the chef. It was much better food and service (as of April 2017), but presentation was much less fancy.
