First, we made a reservation, time was for 12 noon. Our table was not ready when we arrived (not their fault, we were early) so we sat at the bar and ordered a couple of coffees while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Took over 5 minutes to receive even though we were seated right in front of the person who was making the coffee. The noise level in the restaurant was quite loud when we arrived (all tables were full), my husband commented on it and I had to agree that it did seem excessively loud for some reason - maybe not enough soft furnishings to absorb sound. Once the other people in our party arrived, we were seated at the table, right on time as per the reservation that had been made. Server was friendly and quickly brought water to the table along with more coffee that was ordered. It took quite a bit longer for the food to come out - I'm guessing more than 15 minutes, but it was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would go back, despite the hiccups.
