We have been going to this restaurant for many years through different owners. We generally order take out, about once a week. In recent months it has become clear that they do not answer their phone or simply turn it off! "too busy to answer...phone" After many trys it turns out this is most of the time, through the supper hour until closing. The only options are to eat in, show up to order and wait for your food to be prepared or spend more money and wait longer with Foodora. We and many others I'm sure just give up sometimes. Apparently they are popular enough that they can get away with this customer service blunder and don't need to worry about losing business. It is a pretty blatant way to disrespect your customers. If you ask to speak to the owner or manager you get "too busy cooking". Why do we still go you may be thinking? It is close, convenient and the food is good. The staff are also generally very friendly (just don't ask them why they don't answer the phone which results in obfuscation and dirty looks). We are close to switching to the place across the street or the one around the corner but the bottom line is that the food is better here than the several within1 block or so.
