We attended dinner early on New Year's Eve. It was extremely busy, but we were seated and attended to very quickly. We received drinks and appetizers very quickly, from our waiter Paul and others. THEN WE SAT....For over 1 hour with excuses about line issues in the kitchen. Finally we received our food, which was more than excellent. One of the mangers approached and even though we said it was not necessary, they covered the total cost of $270.00... As an ex President and CEO, I believe their people covered the problem exceptionally well, with no hesitation or excuses, just an explanation. Will continue to enjoy eating there.
