Amuse continues to be our favourite restaurant in the city. We decided to order all of the appetizers instead of going for the mains this time, and every single small plate was like a work of art. The elk tartare and the salmon tartare melted...in your mouth. The brussel sprouts were simply delicious and would be a childhood favourite if they would always be served like this. The owner is kind, personable and professional. We have loved every dinner here and always look forward to coming back.
